Gloria Cordle is the CEO of California Association of Tree Trimmers (CATT) Safety Group 529.

Based primarily upon the unique expertise of Ms. Cordle, the safety group is exclusively authorized by State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF) to monitor and promote safety programs for employers within the Class Code 0106. Amongst many other benefits that are made available, to facilitate a major 6% savings for these employers off of their annual SCIF Workers' Compensation Insurance Premium plus a $400.00 deduction off of their initial deposit with SCIF.

In affiliation with her safety groups, Ms. Cordle can offer particular expertise to the Arborists Industry, and also specializes in such areas as Risk-Retention programs and group association programs.

Ms. Cordle takes “special care” to honor all relationships that are already established between her Safety Group Members and “their Insurance Brokers”. She will assist the Members, and if applicable along with their Brokers, whenever possible on various insurance programs and up to date business needs that assist the business owner for their industry.

Ms. Cordle’s involvement with CATT began in 1996, and since becoming the sole owner in 1999, her personal involvement within the Arborists Industry has been extensive, including (but not limited to) all of the following:

	Participant and a sponsor of WCISA conferences, and continuous member of TCIA, WCISA, and ASCA organizations
	Participant in various workdays held throughout the year in California such as the LA Memorial and Emerald Bay workdays
	Continuous sponsor of the Tree Research Foundation
	Sponsor of Hispanic programs, seminars and education classes for Hispanic employees of CATT Members
	Supporter of the continuous development of education, safety, and risk management programs that can enhance the Arborist Employer’s business practices, and work experience
	Continuous sponsor of Arborist special events throughout California, such as The Championship Tree Climbing Contest held every year, and of other special programs with various Arborist organizations that promote positive management and safety-awareness within the Tree Industry.
